Edge Suites™ are a specialized layer within the Baccous Micro-Edge Smart Neighborhood Node™—intelligent, extended-stay environments designed for clarity, calm, and automation-supported living.
These suites allow Baccous to study how medium-duration guests (typically 30+ days) interact with environmental intelligence, automation, and robotics in real time.
They are not a product line.
They are active prototypes inside the living lab.
Purpose
To understand how intelligent environments behave when residents:
stay longer than typical short-term guests,
don’t fully “settle in” like long-term residents,
and still expect hotel-level simplicity and ease.
Edge Suites sit in the middle of the residency spectrum and generate unique environmental signatures for Baccous Intelligence™.

how quickly residents adopt environmental routines

We use Edge Suites to prototype “environment reset” routines:
